Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping at T’AIMES. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is valid for up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and you will only be issued store credit. 

Refunds will also not be accepted if its are not in their original condition. 

UK RETURNS 

Please note we do not cover returns postage.

PLEASE ALSO ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED  

Order Cancellation  

We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help query to info@taimes.co.uk if you decide to cancel your order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, but have not yet been shipped we will offer a partial refund, after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept a cancellation request once the order has been shipped.

UK Production

All of our garments are currently finished in the UK and can be shipped around the globe. Production times for orders can vary, so whilst the majority of our orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, some orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons which are often outside of our control. We therefore ask that you allow up to 7 working days for production and dispatch.

Delivery

All orders are currently shipping from our UK facility, so please consider that there may be additional import charges depending on your location.
